A number of educational programs are offered by Mill Race Center, Inc. or though Partners in Education (PIE), a collaboration of nine not-for-profit community organizations. PIE is offered in the fall of each year with courses beginning in mid-September and ending in mid-November. Ivy Tech-Columbus serves as the registrar for PIE. Registration can be done on-line, by telephone, and in person at the Ivy Tech Training Institute at 4105 Vickers Drive.

Many Mill Race Center educational programs, such as current events, non-denomination and Bible Study, and Investment Club are volunteer led and have no additional fees. Other programs have modest fees, which are discounted for Mill Race Center members.
